SHIPPING AND SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped during regular business days of the week, Monday through Friday. Your package will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days.

PACKAGE SHOP/HOME DELIVERY
Remember to choose whether you want your package delivered to a parcel shop or whether you want it delivered directly to your home.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been approved and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to you.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal and Mobilepay. If your card is not on this list, please contact us.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You can exchange your item for free within 100 days of receiving the package, as long as your item is in the same condition as when you received it.

HOW TO RETURN
Shipping is free for returns. Contact info@thomaswindingsverden.dk for information on returning your poster(s). In the event of an exchange, we will also cover the shipping costs for the new order.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and Thomas Windings Verden will return the amount within 30 days in accordance with Section 12c of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
