SHIPPING AND SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped during regular business days of the week, Monday through Friday. All orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been approved and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to you.

We only take payment once the order has been shipped.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We offer free returns 90 days after you have made your purchase, simply send an email to info@thomaswindingsverden.dk and provide your order number.

HOW TO RETURN

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and Thomas Windings verden will return the amount within 30 days in accordance with Section 12c of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Prices
The prices of each product are excluding shipping but including Danish VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.

Buy tax-free outside the EU
We offer tax-free purchases on orders from non-EU countries. VAT (25% of the total price) will be deducted automatically at checkout when the shipping country is selected.

Local taxes
Please note that local fees (customs and VAT) may apply depending on your region and local customs duties. These fees are at your own expense.

Thomas Windings Verden webshop reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will be valid throughout the entire process during the order.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after ordering.

Shipping confirmation
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. For buyers outside of Denmark, the shipping confirmation will include shipping and tracking number information. For buyers in Denmark, the shipping information will include shipping information.

Delivery time
Thomas Windings Verden webshop ships posters every single day, and customers should expect to receive their items within 1-3 days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation.

Currencies
Thomas Windings Verden webshop cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate changes or exchange rates that a bank may have when changing EUR to another currency.

Exchange, return, refund and complaint rights
The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receipt of the goods on the condition of the following: The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt.

Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are met, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.

When exercising your right to return an item, shipping is paid by the customer. When returning an item, you must enclose the completed return form provided in the package. Thomas Windings Verden webshop does not compensate for returned packages that are lost in return shipping - therefore we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 business days after Thomas Windings Verden webshop receives the returned products.

If you wish to exchange your order, please note which size you would like instead.

If the product you receive is defective or otherwise faulty, you have a 24-month right of complaint. However, you must report the complaint within a reasonable time, which in this case is no later than 2 months after you have received the product.
